Each course is unique and each customer has individual needs. Our interactive training and user support is tailor-made from start to finish.

At the start of the project, we discuss and exchange ideas with the customer to make decisions on the right educational approach, the goals and purposes, as well as the structure. Then we present a prototype, which outlines our ideas on the project.

Our interactive approach makes our training programs stimulating and fascinating as we design challenging and interesting tasks during which the user gets a chance to use his/her knowledge. The user is enticed and driven forward also through the theoretical parts where problem solving brings the training forward.

We like working with scenarios that give the user a feeling of being in his/her everyday environment, doing the usual tasks. We weave in new elements into en real-life situation, so there is no need to “translate” these into everyday events after the training has been completed.
