We can manage, plan and produce web-based user training. When new systems or routines are introduced, we can structure and produce user support such as user guides, instructions and system descriptions. During ongoing development projects, we also produce information to different target groups in the organisation to get them involved and influence their attitudes.

Preducto delivers and manages the entire training project from start to finish. We produce contents, design, program, write, add sound and other animations and complete comprehensive educational training programs, which can be run in computer-based, interactive environments. Our work is process-oriented, which means that our methodology is very similar to the popular RUP (Rational Unified Process) system development methodology.

Airport Security is a training program produced by Preducto for our customer Falck Security at Arlanda Airport. The course enables web-based rehearsal training of all security staff at airports in accordance with applicable norms and requirements.

Because security aspects involve all staff, and training must be done at least once a year, web-based training is the most efficient tool, and it is very easily updated.

With some minor modifications, this training program was also adjusted to be suitable for Sturup Airport, Skavsta Airport, Jetpak and Spirit (SAS) Cargo.
